�lppfication to the Planning Commission must include certain minimum information before a project can be
schedufed for a Planning Commission hearing. The applicant is responsible for submitting this information
as listed betow, and as shown on the attached sheet titled MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR INITIAL REVIEW
OF PLANS. All submittal information must be clear, and easily readable. lncomplete or illegible information
cannoi be accepted and wil( cause delays in the processing of the application.
