NOTE: The approved use of the second floor salon was not definitively addressed in the letter dated 11-19-2012 from U.S. Trust Services. Because the use of the salon space has a direct effect on the health and safety for all of the tenants in this building, a building permit application and complete plans must be submitted to either legalize or remove the use of the second floor salon occupancy prior to submittal of the plans to the Building Division for Building Code compliance plan check of Delfina restaurant. In addition, prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for any part of Delfina restaurant the building owner must have obtained a building permit to either legalize or remove the salon use and must be in the process of working diligently to obtain a Final inspection for that tenant space.
