Said Conditional Use Permit Amendment is approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such Conditional Use Permit Amendment are set forth in the staff report, minutes, and recording of said meeting. 3. Revise the seating plan to show seating for no more than 18 persons. 2. The maximum travel distance allowed for one exit from the second floor dining is 75 feet. The distance from the farthest point on the second floor to the nearest exit is 85 feet. On the plans either show that the travel distance has been reduced to 75 feet or less or that a second exit will be provided from the second floor. 3. There is no permit for a separafe tenant in this building, at the rear portion of the second floor. At the pre-application meeting on June 11, 2012 fhis issue was raised and the City was informed that the enfire second floor wou/d be renovafed with this tenant improvement. Incorporating occupancy of the second floor with the tenant improvements for this application would have made unpermitted occupancy of fhe rear of the second floor a moot point.
