Your request for Minor Design Review for changes to the front and rear fa�ades of an existing
commercial building at 1294 Burlingame Avenue, zoned BAC, was reviewed by property owners
within 100 feet. The changes to the building include:
Front facade: Relocate storefront door from the right side to the left side; replace three
alcoves with new storefront glass windows to match existing; Add Rova Stone to the four
existing columns on the right side of the fa�ade and add Rova Stone horizontally on the
paneis above the columns on the right side.
• Rear facade: Add 6-foot tall wood fence at the rear right side.
Since there was no appeal, the Minor Design Review to allow for the changes listed above at
1294 Burlingame Avenue was approved effective June 28, 2021. The project must be consistent
with the plans submitted to the Planning Division date stamped May 17, 2021.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
