PLANNING DEPARTMENT (415) 342-8625 At their meeting of June 15, 1992 the City Council held an appeal hearing on your application for a side setback variance and a variance for dimension of a covered parking space for a first floor remodel and a second story addition at 1468 Cabrillo Avenue, zoned R-1. •: �� Following a public hearing Council upheld the Planning Commission's decision to deny the side setback variance at the first floor and approved the variance for dimension of the required one covered parking space of 17'-4" with the following conditions: 1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped March 12, 1992 Sheets 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and April 15, 1992 Sheet 7 except that the setback of the new portion of the wall on the reference west side of the building shall be a minimum of 4'; and , 2. that the project shall meet all Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Code requirements as amended by the City of Burlingame. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
