The variance was unanimously approved by the Planning Commission "with the understanding that the garage would be 8' from the house and the laundry area would be built on a solid foundation. ." It was noted by Commission that there are exceptional circumstances applicable to this property. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Departmen t.
