This application was to allow a variance to side yard setback for a dining room expansion at 2930 Trousdale Drive, zoned R-1. The March 13, 1989 minutes of the Planning Commission state your application was approved with the following condition: 1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped February 14, 1989.
