Subject: Hillside Area Construction Permit af 2817 Trousdale Drive, Burlingame.
Dear Mr. Friesen,
Your request for a Hillside Area Construction Permit was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a Hillside
Area Construction Permit to enclose an existing covered patio at the right, rear corner of the
house (103 SF), to add onto the first floor at the rear of the house (270 SF) and to convert a
portion of the existing front covered porch to living space (26 SF) at 2817 Trousdale Drive
Drive, zoned R-1, was approved.
The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date
stamped January 12, 2016. Any changes to these plans shall be subject to further Hillside Area
Construction Permit procedures.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. An extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
