9a. C. Harvey reported on the "Short Course for Planning Corimissioners" tvhich he
and Chr�. Jacobs att;ended in D�cember. Chm. Jacobs suggested a date be set
for Cor,�nissioners to visit projects aoproved during the pre��;ous year.
Commission concurred and Saturday morning, February 23, 1980 was tentatively
agreed. � �
�9b. Announcen�ent•was made of the League of California Cities Planning Commissioners
Institute in San Diego, February 27-29, 1980.
9c. Chr�. Jacobs referred to the r�atter of a third rental unit at 1534 Alber,�arle
Way in the R-2 District. CA and CP discussed tt�e history of this use and
the difficulty of abating it.
�9d. C. Taylor reported an apparent used car lot operating on Bayshore Highway;
. he did not believe a snecial permit had been granted for this use. Staff to
investigate.
9e. Chm. Jacobs requested staff prepare a Planning Commission list of priorities
for 1980:
