Your request for a Hillside Area Construction Permit was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a Hillside
Area Construction Permit to add a 133 SF uncovered deck on the ground floor at the rear of the
existing house at 2610 Trousdale Drive, zoned R-1, was approved effective May 29, 2014.
The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date
stamped May 19, 2014. Any changes to these plans shall be subject to further Hillside Area
Construction Permit procedures.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
