Your request for a Hillside Area Construction Permit was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a Hillside
Area Construction Permit to add a 252 square foot single -story addition along the left side of the
house at 2112 Trousdale Drive, zoned R-1, was approved effective July 7, 2009. The project
must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date stamped June
17, 2009.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
