Dear Mr. Kuehne,
Your request for a hillside area construction permit was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet, the
Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a hillside area construction permit to
build an arbor and a single story addition at the rear of the existing single family dwelling at 8 Davis Court, zoned
R-1, was approved effective March 30, 2004. The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the
Planni:ig Department and date stamped March 10, 2004, sheets A-1 through A-7.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This
approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one
year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
