This application was to allow the construction of a new two-story single family dwelling at 1555 Cypress Avenue, zoned R-1. The July 9, 2001 minutes of the Planning Commission state that your application was approved with the following conditions: that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Department date stamped June 15, 2001, Sheets A.1 through A.6 and L-1, site plan, floor plans and building elevations; 2. that any changes to the size or envelope of the second floor, which would include adding or enlarging a dormer(s) or changing the roof height or pitch, shall be subject to design review; 3. that the conditions of Fire Marshal's April 25, 2001 memo and the City Engineer's, Recycling Specialist's and Chief Building Official's April 30, 2001 memos and shall be met; and 4. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Fire Codes, 1998 edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame. Reimbursement of the design review deposit has been processed and will be mailed to the property owner under separate cover. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
