HomeMy WebLinkAbout475 Cumberland Road - ResolutionPLEASE RETURN RECORDED COPY T0: PLANNING DEPARTMENT CITY OF BURLINGAME 501 PRIMROSE ROAD BURLINGAME, CA 94010 RESOLUTION N0.7-90 RESO UTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit to construct an enclosed spa at 475 Cumberland Road, Zoned R-1, (A.P.N. 029-163-040) WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said application on February 26, 1990 at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and ' testimony presented at said hearing and found the request to be in conformance with the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Burlingame and applicable state planning law; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that said Special Permits are approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. . ' l.
