After listening to this presentation for some time Chairman Coles, in behalf of himself
and the other Commissioners, stated that this is a subject Mich has been considered on a
number of occasions and it is doubtful if it is anything which can be satisfactorily con-
sidered on the agenda at a Regular fleeting, but at some mutually convenient date the mem-
bers of the Commission would be pleased to discuss the subject with Mr. Hahn. Mr. Coles
also stated that until the litigation between Burlingame and Uillbraae, and the new recrea-
tion plan, are settled it is suggested that the meeting with sir. Hahn be postponed.

sented plans for a proposed two apartment structure at the Northwest corner Sanches avenue

the plane. In looking them over at the meeting it.was brought out that the architectural
.details and arrangements including; small roomb and inside baths were not in conformance
with the standards himed.at in the city. It also developed that the proposed building
site is only 3YX 100t. Commissioner Mitchell and Coleo stated that this is just the type
of development that the Planning Commission has tried to avoid, where there would be a
multiple family dwelling on a sub -standard sized lot. in discussing the subject, all of
the Commissioners indicated that they would be opposed to this type of development on a
lot with an area of only 3,500 square feet. Commissioners Mitchell and Shattuck propos
that the Planning Commission cause to be made a list of any other 351 lots included in
