This application was for a first and second story addition to a single family dwelling at 1444 Vancouver Avenue, zoned R-1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning Division date stamped March 26, 2010, sheets A-1 through A-8, L1 and Boundary and Topographic Survey; 2. that any changes to building materials, exterior finishes, windows, architectural features, roof height or pitch, and amount or type of hardscape materials shall be subject to Planning Division or Planning Commission review (FYI or amendment to be determined by Planning staff); 3. that wood, or aluminum clad simulated true divided-light wood windows shall be installed. Reimbursem�nt of the Design Review deposit will be processed and will be mailed to the property owner under separate cover. All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department.
