In urbanized areas, up to three single-family residences maybe constructed or converted under this exemption. 2. Said Design Review Amendment, Variances and Special Permit are approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such Design Review amendment, Variances and Special Permit are set forth in the staff report, minutes, and recording of said meeting. 3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be orded in e fficial records of the County of San Mateo.
