ACCEPTING DFFn OF DEDICATION OF EASEMENT
FROM: Burlingame Elementary School District
DATED: June 17, 1958
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Deed of
Dedication dated June 17, 1958, executed by John P. Cuneo,
Chairman of the Burlingame Elementary School District, and that
the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, California.

a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of

BOARD OF TRUSTEES, BURLINGAME SCHOOL DISTRICT, COUNTY OF SARI
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED FOR DRAINAGE
EASEMENT TO CITY OF BURLINGANE,
RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Burlingame School
District of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on the ___2c)th day of T'_a:y , 1958, the
Board of Trustees regularly passed and adopted its Resolution
No. declaring its intention to convey, without considera-
tion, a drainage easement over and under certain real property
owned by the School District to the City of Burlingame, which
resolution is hereby referred to for further particulars; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provided that 8:00 . M. of
Tuesday , the 17th day of June , 1958, at the
regular meeting place of this Board, a public hearing would be
held upon the question of making said conveyance; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said resolution was published once not
less than five days before the date of this meeting in the
Burlingame Advance -Star and Sheet , a newspaper of general circula-
tion published in the District, as appears from the affidavit of
publication attached hereto, and copies of said resolution signed
by at least a majority of the members of the Board were posted in
three public places in the District not less than ten days before
the date of this meeting, as appears from the affidavit attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, after full and open hearing and discussion, and
good cause appearing why said dedication should not be made:
N0W, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Chairman of this
Board be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a deed of ease-

ment for the purpose of drainage and of constructing, reconstructing,
repairing, replacing, maintaining and operating underground storm
drains and appurtenances thereof, as required from time to tirm , together
with the .right of ingress and egress to and from said storm drains
and appurtenances over School District's real property adjoining said
property.

DEED OF DEDICATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT
BURLIN GAME SCHOOL DISTRICT, an Elementary School District of
the County of San Mateo, State of California, Grantor, hereby
grants unto the City of Burlingame, a municipal corporation,
Grantee, its successors and assigns, easements on, over and along
that certain piece or parcel of real property situate, lying and
being in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of
California, particularly described as follows:
Being portions of Lots 1 and 27-A, Block 8,
as shown on that certain map entitled "Map No. 2
Burlingame Terrace Burlingame, California" which
map was filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Mateo County, California, January 3, 1911 in
Book 7 of Maps at page 38, said portions being more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot
27-A thence N 48036t E 46.41 feet along the north..
westerly line of Oak Grove Avenue thence leaving
said northwesterly line S 78036t W 62.,47 feet to a
point in the southwesterly line of said Lot 1 said
southwesterly line being also the northeast line
of E1 Camino Real thence along the southwesterly
line of said Lots 1 and 27-A S 55015t W 32.17 feet
to the point of beginning containing an area 728
square feet or 0.017 acres more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement for the
purpose of drainage and of constructing, reconstructing, repair
ing, replacing, maintaining and operating underground storm drains
and appurtenances thereof, as required from time to time, together
to and
with the right of ingress and egress/from said storm drains and
appurtenances over Grantorts real property adjoining that herein"
above described.

RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONVEY DRAINAGE
EASEMENT TO CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVED, by the :Board of Trustees of the Burlingame School
District, an elementary school district of the County of San. Mateo
State of California, that
WHEREAS, the Burlingame School District is the owner of
certain real property situate in said district in the County of
San Mateo, hereinafter more particularly described; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to convey a drainage easement to
the City of Burlingame, pursuant to Section 13671, et seq., of thel
Education. Cade of the State of California:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED
as follows:
1. The real property hereinafter described is owned by thel
Burlingaiiie School District.
2. It is the intention of this Board to convey to the Cit
of Burlingame, without consideration, an easement for the purpose
of drainage and of constructing, reconstructing, repairing, replac
ing, maintaining and operating underground storm drains and appur-
tenances thereof, as required from time to time, together with the
right of ingress and egress to and from said storm drains and
appurtenances over School District's real property adjoining that
hereinbelow described.
Said property is situate in the City of Burlingame,
County, of `3an Mateo, State of California, described as follows.
BEING portions of Lots 1 and 27-A, Block 3, as shown
on that certain map entitled "Map No. 2 Burlingame
Terrace Burlingame, California" which map was filed
in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo

WHEREAS, the Burlingame School
