BOARD OF TRUSTEES, BURLINGAME SCHOOL DISTRICT, COUNTY OF SARI STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO CITY OF BURLINGANE, RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Burlingame School District of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that WHEREAS, on the ___2c)th day of T'_a:y , 1958, the Board of Trustees regularly passed and adopted its Resolution No. declaring its intention to convey, without considera- tion, a drainage easement over and under certain real property owned by the School District to the City of Burlingame, which resolution is hereby referred to for further particulars; and WHEREAS, said resolution provided that 8:00 . M. of Tuesday , the 17th day of June , 1958, at the regular meeting place of this Board, a public hearing would be held upon the question of making said conveyance; and WHEREAS, a copy of said resolution was published once not less than five days before the date of this meeting in the Burlingame Advance -Star and Sheet , a newspaper of general circula- tion published in the District, as appears from the affidavit of publication attached hereto, and copies of said resolution signed by at least a majority of the members of the Board were posted in three public places in the District not less than ten days before the date of this meeting, as appears from the affidavit attached hereto; and WHEREAS, after full and open hearing and discussion, and good cause appearing why said dedication should not be made: N0W, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Chairman of this Board be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a deed of ease- 1. Mateo State of California, that WHEREAS, the Burlingame School District is the owner of certain real property situate in said district in the County of San Mateo, hereinafter more particularly described; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to convey a drainage easement to the City of Burlingame, pursuant to Section 13671, et seq., of thel Education.
