ACCEPTING DEED OF DEDICATION
OF PUBLIC UTILITY AND D7A.INAGE EASEMENT

DATED: September 13, 1961
'ESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California, that it does hereby accept that certain
Deed of Dedication of Public Utility and Drainage Easement
dated September 13, 1961, executed by WILLIAM SCHOENHAPD and
HELEN K. SCHOENHATJ), his wife, and that the same be recorded
in the Office of the County .ecorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 16th day of October, 1961, by the following vote:

GRANT OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT
WILLIAM SCHOENHARD and HELEN K. SCHOENHARD, his
wife, Grantors, hereby grant unto the CITY OF B U R L I N G A M E, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, easements on, over and along that
certain piece or parcel of real property situate, lying and being in the City of Burlingame,
County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
A ten foot (101) easement for the purposes of drainage and of constructing,
reconstructing, repairing, replacing, maintaining and operating storm, drains, and
the appurtenances thereof, the center line of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Lot 21, Block 5, as said
lot and block are shown on that certain map entitled "Burlingame Hills No. 2
San Mateo County California", which map was filed in Book 14 of Maps at pages
18 and 19, Official Records of San Mateo County, said point being distant along said
southwesterly line North 540 01' 01" West 140. 63 feet from. the most southerly
corner of said Lot 21; thence from said point of beginning, leaving said southwesterly
line, the following courses and distances: South 30 00' West 51. 11 feet, South 20o 00'
East 122. 03 feet, South 310 30' East 37. 08 feet and South 110 02' East 80. 82 feet
to the northwesterly line of Adeline Drive, as said drive is shown on the above -
mentioned map. The sidelines of said easement shall be extended or foreshortened
at their termini to intersect the southwesterly line of said Lot 21 and the northwesterly
line of said Adeline Drive.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement for the purpose of
drainage and of constructing, reconstructing, repairing, replacing, maintaining
and operating storm drains, and the appurtenances thereof, as required from time
to time, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said storm drains
and appurtenances over Grantors' real property adjoining that hereinabove described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantors have caused this instrument to be
executed this I'll day of September, 1961.
