Location: 859 Cowan Road: The subject property is located on Cowan Road between Bayshore Highway and Gilbreth Road and contains an existing 3-story office/warehouse building. Applicant: AT&T Zoning: IB (Inner Bayshore District) APN: 024-401-510 Description: The proposed application includes replacing four (4) existing panel antennas with four (4) new panel antennas and associated equipment on the rooftop of an existing commercial building and in an existing equipment area on the ground floor at the rear of the building. Your property is located within 300 feet of this property. An Administrative Use Permit has been requested to allow for modification of an existing wireless telecommunication facility based on Municipal Code 25.77.050. Any noticed property owner may call this item up for review. If you would like to request that this project be reviewed, which includes a public hearing, you should submit a written request to the Community Development Director within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, or December 12, 2017. If no written request for a public hearing regarding the application for Administrative Use Permit for the wireless communication facilities is received by the Community Development Department within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, the Community Development Director shall take action on the application and may either grant or deny the Administrative Use Permit and may impose conditions as applicable. If a written request for a public hearing is received, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the notice, the Community Development Director shall schedule the application for a public hearing before the Planning Commission in accordance with Section 25.16.060.
