Mr. James E. Saunders
Dollar Rent A Car
1815 Bayshore Highway
Burlingame, CA 94010
Dear Mr. Saunders:
At their meeting on February 6, 1989 the City Council granted a
traffic allocation for an expansion of your rental car storage area
to accommodate 175 more cars at 840 Cowan Road. You will still
need a special permit for auto storage. We will set this item for
study before the Planning Commission on February 27, 1989.
Councils action on a traffic allocation does not prejudice their
or the Planning Commissions consideration on any subsequent
actions regarding this project. We look forward to your attendance
at the study meeting on February 27, 1989 and, of course, at the
action meeting in March. Please do not hesitate to contact me or
Adriana Garefalos of my office if you have any questions.
Sincerely yours,
I" C " `-ty' 1 ,
