This request was to allow a 56 SF bathroom to remain which was attached to an accessory structure at 100 Costa Rica Avenue. The September 8, 1986 minutes of the Planning Commission state your permit was denied with the following conditions: 1. that the illegal bathroom attached to the detached accessory structure shall be removed within 30 days (October, 1986) and the structure returned to the use for which it was originally designed, storage; and 2. that neither of the two detached accessory structures on site shall be used for residential purposes. A site inspection will be made by staff in 30 days to ensure compliance with the above conditions.
