Dear Ms. Feldman:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, the
September 8, 1986 Planning Commission denial of your Special Permit
application became effective September 16, 1986.
This request was to allow a 56 SF bathroom to remain which was attached
to an accessory structure at 100 Costa Rica Avenue. The September 8,
1986 minutes of the Planning Commission state your permit was denied
with the following conditions:
1. that the illegal bathroom attached to the detached accessory
structure shall be removed within 30 days (October, 1986) and the
structure returned to the use for which it was originally designed,
storage; and
2. that neither of the two detached accessory structures on site shall
be used for residential purposes.
A site inspection will be made by staff in 30 days to ensure compliance
with the above conditions.
Sincerely yours,
I'G'C .1 1Q
