The project meets all other code requirements for setbacks, lot coverage and height. CITY PLANNER DETERMINATION A minor modification has been granted by the City of Eurlingame Planning Department to allow this addition based on the following findings per Code Sec. 25.54.020 of the Municipal Code: FINDINGS 1. The variance will not adversely affect the zoning plan-- Since the size and configuration of the completed house will be consistent with the typical existing single family residential unit in the city, this action will not have an adverse effect on the city's zoning plan.
