Chairman Mitchell presiding.
Mr. Whitehead presented a list of twenty-four local post-war pro-
jects aggregating $741,439. In looking over this list it was observed that
several of the items related to development of Ray Park which has been
brought to a standstill by war conditions and may have a different outlook
by the time development can be resumed. Also, it was noted that apparently
the projects are not arranged in the order of their importance from an en-
gineering standpoint of need to the city. Mr. Coles suggested that the
City Engineer rearrange the list, grouping the Ray Park items together, and
arranging the projects according to type and relative importance. After
discussion of a number of the subjects, including the Off -Street Parking
matter, the meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m. to be resumed next Tuesday
evening.
