Please follow the directions listed below. Step 1: Place the sign in the front yard within five feet of the sidewalk, so that it can be easily viewed from the public right-of-way. Open the a-frame sign so that both sides of the sign are visible from the sidewalk/street (parallel to the sidewalk). Do not place the sign on the sidewalk or in the area between the sidewalk and street. Step 2: Complete the attached Affidavit (see reverse side) and email a photograph of the posted notice in the front yard and signed Affidavit to the Planning Division immediately after the sign is posted. Please send the email to the project planner. Step 3: The sign must remain in place until the day after the Planning Commission meeting. Following the Planning Commission meeting, the next steps will apply: If your project was a Study Item, the project planner will either ask you to return the sign or send you updated information sheets to add to the sign.
