HomeMy WebLinkAbout824 Alpine Avenue - Resolutions, r � RESOLUTION N0. 11-90 RESOLVED Burlingame that: RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT by the Planning Commission of the City of WHEREAS, application has been made for three special permits _ for an accessory structure to be used for storaQe purposes at_ 824 Alpine Avenue ,(APN 029-026-210 �, and WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said application on March 12 , 1990 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that said special permits are approved, subject to the conditions set �orth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified cogy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. � CHAIRMAN I, PATRICK J.
