RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMITS
RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame that:

WHEREAS, application has been made for /� special permitsfor
an accesscry structure ta be used for storage purposes
at_ 824 Alpine A-venue
, ( APN 029-0'16-210 � �
and
WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said
application on February 14, , 1989, at wh.ich time it reviewed
and considered the staff report and all other written materials and
testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Planning Commission that said s ecial ar.e
p permits ^. approved, subject
to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

1. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector�s
January 18, 1989 memo and the City Engineer�s January 18,
1989 memo shall be met which shall include cutting off any
gas, sewer and water pipes to the accessory structure at the
main dwelling and then plugging any remaining pipes in the
walls with concrete in both ends;
2. that this 504 SF structure shall be used only for storage
purposes and shall never be used as a living area or any
other purposes; and

3. that the barbecue and fireplace in the accessory structure
shall be made permanently inoperable as determined by the
Fire Marshal and Building Department before the building
permit is finaled.
