Dear Mr. and Mrs. Zygarewicz,
Your request for a minor modification permit was reviewed by property owners within 100', the Planning
Commission and City Council. Since there was no appeal, a minor modification permit to allow the
conversion of a carport to a garage by adding a garage door, at 3032 Alcazar Drive, zoned R-1, was
approved effective 7une 3, 1996, with the following findings:
l. the proposed alterations shall meet all the requirements of the California Building and Fire Codes
as amended by the City of Burlingame, 1995 edition, and therefore would not be detrimental to
public health, safety or welfare;
2. the proposed alterations meet all other zoning code requirements; and
3. the proposed alterations are compatible with the mass and character of adjacent properties.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department.
This approval iG valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension
of up to one yea� may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end
of the first year.
