Dear Mr. Srown:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, we wish to advise the
P1ay 28, 1980 Planni��g Commission approvai of your special permit and variance applica-
tia�s became Affective June 3, 1980.
The special permit application was to allow operation of a public storage warehouse
in the M-1 District at 1761 Adrian Road. The May 28, 1980 minutes of the Planning
Commission state the permit was approved with the following conditions: (1) that the
permir be approved to Public Storage Properties VI, Ltd. and bF nontransferable;
(2) that all construction be consistent with the drawings filed ti•lith this application;
(3) that the conditions recommended by the Chief Fire Inspector and Chief 8uilding
Inspector be observed; (4} that a landscape and irrigation plan be approved by the
Park Director prior to the issuance of a buiiding permit; (5) that an adequate storm
drainage systern be provided; and (6) that the expense of installing the fire hydrant
be met by the applicant.
The variance apptication was to allow construction of two public storage buildings
adjacent to the easterly side propert•� line at 1761 Adrian Road. The May 28, 1980
minutes of the Planning Commission state the variance was approved with the following
eonditions: (1) that all construction be consistent with the drawings filed with this
application; and (2) that a landscape and irrigation plan be approved by the Park
Director prior to the issuance of a building permit.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the
$uilding Department.
