Mr. Berlogar maintains active technical management of most projects undertaken by the firm, consisting of over 3,000 commercial, industrial, capital improvement, and residential projects in and around California. Mr. Berlogar holds State of California Registered Professional Engineer licenses in both Civil and Geotechnical disciplines. Mr. Gregory Ruf, P.E., is a principal engineer, and is responsible for managing various projects that include special inspections and materials testing. Mr. Ruf holds State of California Registered Professional Engineer licenses in both Civil and Geotechnical disciplines.
