At the April 13, 2015 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed proposed changes
to a previously approved design review project at 1048 Balboa Avenue, zoned R-1. The proposed
revisions include the following changes:
Left side elevation (along Carmelita Avenuel
Second floor windows in the master bedroom have been changed from two windows to
one larger (3-window system) window that will be centered on the wall plane
Riqht side elevation, first floor
Window has been increased in width by 6-inches to provide the required egress
F2iqht side elevation. second floor
Stairwell window changed from one window to two narrow, rectangular windows
These changes are shown on the proposed plans date stamped April 6, 2015. The approved design
shall meet all the requirements of the California Building Code and California Fire Code, 2013
edition, as amended by the City of Burlingame.
