CAUFORNIA 94010-3997 r�x: (415) 342-B386 April 20, 1993 Chuck and Carol Pietro 2231 Adeline Drive Burlingame, CA 94010 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Pietro: Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, the April 12, 1993 Planning Commission approval of your variance application became effective April 20, 1993. This application was to allow a side setback variance for a two story master bath and garage addition at 2�231 Adeline Drive, zoned R-1. The April 12, 1993 minutes of the Planning Commission state your application was approved with the following conditions: 1. that the addition as built shall conform to the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped March 17, 1993 Sheet T-1 Topographic Map and Boundary Survey, Sheet 1- Proposed Floor Plan, Sheet 2- Existing Elevations, Sheet 3- Existing Floor Plan and Sheet 4- Proposed Elevations; 2. that the wall can extend within 3' as shown on the plans date stamped March 17, 1993; and • 3. that the project shall meet all the requirements of the Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Codes as amended by the City of Burlingame. Al1 site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
