Dear Mr. Ben-Simon:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, we wish to advise the
September 22, 1980 Planning Commission approval of your Condominium Permit application
became effective October 7, 1980.
This application was to allow construction of the Arc Way Condominiums at 1500 Willow
Avenue. The September 22, 1980 minutes of the Planning Commission state the permit
was approved with the folTowinq conditions:
(1) that the final working drawings for the Arc Way Condominiums be consistent with
the pians filed with this application;
(2) that the conditions recommended by the September 17, 1980 memo from the City
Engineer be met to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department; and
(3) that the final landscaping and irrigation plans be approved by the Park Department
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the
Building Departmert.
