717 Vernon Way - rear dormer revision

The owners of 717 Vernon Way request the planning departments review to add a small tlormer on the rear
roof of the previously approvetl atldition.
When previously tlownsizing the project, they reduced the number of bedrooms and eliminatetl the office/den
they originally tlesiretl. While walking through the recently frametl second story, they realized that the attic
space, with the addition of a small dormer, coultl accommotlate the small home office they had lost.
This tlormer on the rear roof would not be visible from the street, is relatively small and woultl be in harmony
with the adjacent stair tower.
