When we purchased the property there was a very old six foot grapevine fence. It has since blown over as stated in our first letter. This fence did al- low privacy and protection. 2. Our front yard is where our son plays as we have not much of a backyard. He is just a toddler and the fence keeps him and our dog out of the street. 3. We are just a few houses from the park. Many young teenagers drink beer there and on their way down our street like to throw their empty bottles and cans in our yards. 'I`he fence prevents that. 4. Our house has glass doors in the front that lead to the patio area. Very easy access for intruders if they were visible from the street. 5. 'I'he fence gives privacy for us and our neighbors. They all approve. It does not block vehicles or pedestrians and has no effect on the neighboring properties. It looks pleasant too. Please take these reasons into consideration when making your deci- sion. We do have a petition signed by the immediate neighbors ap- proving the structure. It is available upon your request. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerry, ;' / : --; 1I y '; I1/I+II J11 I Vr . V I Jose andathy Leon I` J I
