City of Burlingame on the 16th day of February 2007, deposited in the United States
Post Office a NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, a copy of which is attached hereto,
with postage thereon prepaid, addressed to the persons listed on the addresses
attached hereto and made a part hereof, to wit:
