RESOLUTION xo. 54-92
RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION,
HILLSIDE AREA CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND SIDE SETBACK VARIANCE
RESOLVED, by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application
has been made for a side setback variance and hillside area construction
permit for a kitchen remodel at 2752 Summit Drive (APN 027-221-2101;
and
WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the
City of Burlingame on october 26, 1992 , at which time it reviewed
and considered the staff report and all other written materials and
testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning
Commission that:

2. Said application is approved, subject to the conditions set �_'i
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such hillside area --
construction permit and side setback variance are as set forth in the .
minutes and recording of said meeting. '
1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted
and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this commission, it
is hereby found that there is no substantial evi3�nce that �he Yroject '�---
set forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and a eti�
categorical exemption Code Sec. 15301, Class 1(a), additions to existing _
�truc�..ras, is i.ereby approved. �
3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution
be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.

t�a� iP�e audiicion as built shall conform to the plans submitted to
the Planning Department and date stamped September 24, 1992,
Sheets A-1 and A-2;
that the finish material placed on the roof shall be nonreflective
as determined by the Chief Building Inspector and City Planner;
and
that the project shall meet all the requirements of the Uniform
Building and Uniform Fire Codes as amended by the City ot
Burlingame.
