Dear Mr. Troyan:
Your request for a hillside area construction permit was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet, the
Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a hillside area construction permit to
construct a rear, second floor deck and stairs and retaining walls at 2748 Summit Drive, zoned R-1, was approved
effec4ive Apri128, 2003. The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Department
and date stamped April 9, 2003, site plan, elevations and cross sections.
All site impovements and constro.iction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This
apprval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one
year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
Sincerely yours,
