The project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped April 9, 2003, site plan, elevations and cross sections. All site imp�ovements and constro.iction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This appr�val is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
