Dear Mr. Meyer:
Your request for a hillside area construction pernut was reviewed by property owners within 100 feet, the
Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a hillside area construction permit for a
first and second story addition to the rear of the house totaling 136 square feet, finish off 1,003 square feet of
existing basement, and add a deck to the lower level to the existing single family dwelling at 2748 Summit Drive,
zoned R-1, was approved effective February 22, 2002. The project must be consistent with the plans submitted
to the Planning Department and date stamped February 6, 2002 sheets P1 - P4 and PS date stamped February
13, 2002.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Department. This
approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one
year may be considered by the Planning Comtriission if application is made before the end of the first year.
