Your request for a Hillside Area Construction Permit was reviewed by property owners within
100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a Hillside
Area Construction Permit to replace an existing deck with a new 818 SF uncovered deck on the
first floor at 2744 Summit Drive, zoned R-1, was approved effective September 25, 2009. The
project must be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Division and date stamped
August 24, 2009.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building
Department. This approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must
be issued. An extension of up to one year may be considered by the Planning Commission if
application is made before the end of the first year.
