The deck is _lecessary since there is a four foot difference betweeii floar level and the backyard g�ade. The deck ias been designed to make this drop less dramatic and inhance �he complete look of the house. In February 1991 we were granted a hill-side area permit (u 6-0 vote by the commisS10I1� for the two story house currently being built on the lot. The deck ia at the rear oi the house and c:onsiderably lower in height.
