Avakoff 2320 Valdivia Way Burlingame, CA 94010 1. 2. that the addition as built shall be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped July 12, 1989; and that the final plans shall meet all the requirements of the Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Codes.
