RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE
RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for a variance for
rear setback for an addition to the single family residence
at 23Z0 Valdivia Wav ,(APN 025-182-310 ��
and
WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on said
application on August 28 , 1989 , at which time it
reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written
materials and testimony presented at said hearing;
NOP7, THEP.EFOP.E, it is herebl RESOLVED and DETEP.MIr?ED by this
Planning Commission that said variance is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped
July 12, 1989; and
that the final plans shall meet all the requirements of the
Uniform Building and Uniform Fire Codes.
