Dear Dr. Biermann:
Your request for a hillside area construction permit and minor modification was reviewed by property owners
within 100 feet, the Planning Commission and the City Council. Since there was no appeal, a hillside area
construction permit and minor modification to add 785.5 SF to the first floor and to increase the height by 1'-6" at
2309 Valdivia Way , zoned R-1, was approved effective November 29, 2002. The project must be consistent
with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped November 7, 2002, sheets A1 through
A10.
All site improvements and construction work will require separate application to the Building Deparhnent. This
approval is valid for one year during which time a building permit must be issued. One extension of up to one
year may be considered by the Planning Commission if application is made before the end of the first year.
