Subject: Application for a fence exception to legalize an illegally built fence to 8 feet
in height.
Dear Property Owner,
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that your application for a fence exception at 2305
Valdivia Way, Burlingame, zoned R-1, will be withdrawn from the planning review process
because it has been over a year since any progress or resubmittal has been provided to the
Planning Division.
Because some staff time was dedicated to the processing of the application, $757.00 of the
$1,817.00 in fees that were submitted to the Planning Division will be reimbursed and mailed to
you at the above address. Please note that the request for reimbursement is being processed
and you should receive a check in the mail within the next few weeks.
