Percy Arthur had offered certain portion of his propl�rty on Adeline Drive and1 Camino Real to be used for a Fire Station, in retu-,r? for permission to erect a Service Station on the adjoining portiin. The Gommmission instructed t-e Seoretar- to reply that the Commission could nct recommend tha request, as the City Zoning Code prohibited Service Stations in this particular area.
