Re: Self Defense Class Special Permit at 211 West Lane, zoned
C-2 Subarea D. APN: 029-213-030
Dear Mr. Bianchi and Mr. Schiller;
A site inspection in December, 1993 indicates that the classroom
use has vacated 211 West Lane. A special permit with conditions
was issued on February 23, 1987 to allow self defense classes at
this location (see attached conditions of approval). Since the use
for which the special permit was granted is not being exercised the
special permit will be revoked within 30 days of this notice on
January 22, 1994 (a special permit ceased to exist for more that
one year, Burlingame Municipal Code Section 25.16.140 (a) 2 and 3,
attached).
If you still intend to use the space for self defense classes
please contact the City of Burlingame within the next 30 days.
Thank you for your time and effort.
Srely, 1
