The applicant's business is compatible with the facility and its neighbor- hood lcoation. Such business can include: a. Schools, private tutoring, pre-school, arts/dancing instruction and/or indstrial training center. b. Offices for charity or non-profit organizations, as well as small business offices or light corrQnercial industry. 2. Provisions should be made for continued use of the facilities for cortmunity service activities (i.e., Senior Citizens, homeowners associations, recreation department classes, scouts, etc.) 3. The playground shall be accessible for neigbborhood recrational use. Super- vision should be considered for safety and to avoid vandalism. 4. Traffic flow should be limited with no large trucks. 5. Parking should be limited to the street. 6. The hours of use of the school facility should be limited to normal busi- ness hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the exception of occasional evening activities. 7. Noise related to business activity should be non-existent. 8. The number of employees in the total facility should be limited to forty (40). 9.
