Dear P1s. Bailey:
Since there was no appeal to or suspension by the City Council, we wish to advise
the Nay 27, 1981 Planning Cor,missi�n aNpr:;val of your special permit appiicaiion
became effect�ve June 2, 1981.
This application was to allow the Peninsula Early Learning Center to operate a
pr�school and kindergarten program at Roosevelt School, 1151 Vancouver avenue.
The t•1ay 27, 1981 minutes of the P7anning Commission state the �ermit was approved
with the following conditions: �
1. that- the operation of the preschool and kindergarten program�be
consistert ti•�i.th the �1ay 13, 1981 letter from JoAnne 8ailey and other �
� materials filed with this application;
2. that the conditions af the April 20, 1981 memo from the Chief Fire
Inspector be met satisfactorily;
3. that all staff parking be on-street, adjacent to that portion of the
building leased by Peninsula Early Learning Cent�r; and
4. that this p�rmit be reviewed at the end of the 1981-82 school year.
Any site improvements or construction work wi17 require separate application to the
Building DePartr�ent. _ �
