Boiues 1000 Vancouver Avenue. Burlinqame CA 94010, property owner APN: 026-186-030; WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame on April 27, 2015, at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Planning Commission that: 1. Note: If the Planning Commission has not approved the project prior to 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2013 then this project must comply with the 2013 California Building Codes. �Specify on the plans that this project will comply with the 2013 California Energy Efficiency Standards.
