A special meeting of the City Planning :.'ommission of
the City of Burlingame was held in the City Hall on
Thursday evening, august 6, 1942, at 7:30 P. M. This
meeting was called for the purpose of giving final
approval to a group of four duplexes to be constructed
on lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, block 19, on the Bayshore High-
way, Burlingables-Oak Grove Manor Subdivisions, as
described in an application for a permit by Mr. A. J.
Lang, dated July 3, 1942.
Mr. bang, in submitting the plans, agreed to comply
with any reasonable changes that may be suggested by
the Commission, such as elevation and v;indows. After
a careful study, the plans were approved b; the Com-
mission, same to be turned over to the Building In-
spector for'issua,nce of a permit.
Other units of the forty duplexes originally contem-
plated probably will be delayed until after the War,
or until priority for material is secured.
The Commission, however, suggested that the Lang
Realty Corporation submit a plot plan of the entire
scheme for future reference.
Members present;: Mitchell, Brown, Rapp, Macomber,
Coles, Stivers and Macdonald. Absent: Coleman, Watson,
Longson, Karruel.
The meeting convened at 7:30 P. M., and adjorned at
9:30 P. ?A.
